MEET SHERRY LAHR

Sherry Lahr’s family motto is “Persistence and Determination.” As the wife of a retired soldier and mother of three, those two words permeate all aspects of her life. Whether it’s faith, work, school, sports, or hobbies the principles of persistence and determination guide them through all.

Sherry grew up in a small town in Iowa after moving to the United States from Venezuela, South America. There she learned the value of an honest hard day’s work, honesty, integrity, fairness, and to be kind in all that you do.

 Fayetteville has been home to Sherry for over 20 years. She met and fell in love with a Special Forces soldier. Moving far from home and embracing the life of a military spouse was a challenge, but persistence and determination saw her through. Those values guide Sherry through work, marriage and raising her family.

The Lahr family is very involved in the Fayetteville area. Their lives are full of friends and family, as well as lot's of sports and hobbies along with church, and Sherry’s career in real estate! Sherry loves to entertain, and she’s crazy for holidays! Her favorite ways to relax are cooking and spending time outdoors whether it's gardening or swimming or shooting hoops with her kids.
